Summer tips

To beat the heat of summer and to save your skin you can follow the following tips:

1. Drink lots of water as our body needs lots of water than normal amount.
2. When you step out apply sunscreen lotions and go.
3. Wash you face as many times as possible but don't use soap all the time.
4. Eat lots of cucumber it helps to increase the waster content of our body and it also helps to balance the mineral lost from the body due to sweating.
5. Eat water melon or you can also make it as juice and drink. While making it as a juice add little drops of lime juice to it.
6. Avoid eating oily foods.
7. To protect your skin apply sandal powder mixed with rose water on your face.
8. As soon as you reach home from outside or from your work place wash your face and you can use lime juice to remove the tan.
9. You can also apply aloe Vera gel; it acts as a cooling agent.
10. Bath twice in a day.
11. Wear cotton clothes.
12. Take umbrella while you go out in sun.
13. Carry a water bottle with you.
